Head of Admissions Operations

About the role

Charterhouse School is seeking a senior operational leader to head its Admissions Operations. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, you will ensure that all admissions processes, systems and people work together to deliver an outstanding experience for prospective families.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of six in the day‑to‑day delivery of admissions services.
• Plan and manage operational resources, service delivery standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee admissions systems, data integrity and reporting.
• Support the strategic priorities of the Director of Admissions.
• Attend scheduled Saturday admissions events and occasional evening events as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record in operational leadership, preferably in education or a customer‑focused sector.
• Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to manage people, processes and resources in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service.
