Head of B2B Sales Acquisition

About the role

Gigaclear is seeking a Head of B2B Sales Acquisition to lead and expand its high‑growth B2B unit. You will be based at the Abingdon head office, working onsite at least four days a week, and will own the strategy, execution and scaling of the sales desk and field team.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and scale the B2B unit – expand the product portfolio, launch new propositions, increase customer numbers and revenue per customer.
• Lead, coach and develop a small but successful desk and field sales team, with plans to double its size over the next few years.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and proposition teams to maintain a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities.
• Target small and medium businesses (1‑20 employees) in rural England, managing a high‑volume, short‑cycle sales process.
• Use data‑driven decision‑making to optimise performance and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales leader with a hands‑on approach, visible presence, and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience analysing numbers and data to guide strategy.
• Background in technology solutions sales, preferably within telecom or fibre broadband.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high volume and short sales cycles.
