Head of Centre – Property Management

About the role

Reporting to the Regional Manager/Director, Leaders are seeking a new Head of Centre within Property Management to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Woking. To be successful you will need to be a current Senior PM or Team Manager with experience leading a team.

Key responsibilities

• Providing support and guidance to Property Management Team Leaders on productivity and output.
• Conducting morning meetings and overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the branch portfolio.
• Assisting with recruitment of PM/PI roles and implementing new legislation.
• Investigating customer complaints and coordinating appropriate responses.
• Co‑ordinating training, mentoring and audits to achieve strategic objectives.
• Monitoring workflows, churn reports and gas‑daily processes, and driving service improvements.
• Direct line management of Property Management Team Leaders, ensuring coverage, workload balance and staff morale.
• Acting as point of contact for lettings/branch managers and out‑of‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proven experience leading a property management team, preferably as a Senior PM or Team Manager.
• Solid background in the property industry and up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
