Head of Change – Strategic Transformation Leader

About the role

The Head of Change will lead the Foundation’s strategic change portfolio, ensuring programmes align with organisational priorities and are delivered effectively. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, you will oversee a dedicated Change team and foster a culture where change is understood, embraced and successfully implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic change programme, establishing governance, providing challenge, direction and assurance.
• Partner with senior leaders to define change objectives, secure stakeholder commitment and monitor KPI delivery with the CFO.
• Oversee delivery of strategic projects, ensuring consistency, quality and measurable outcomes while managing resources, budgets and timelines.
• Lead, develop and mentor a high‑performing Change team, promoting collaboration across the organisation.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, drive engagement and own change communications.
• Conduct organisational change impact and readiness assessments, develop training and coaching resources.
• Manage programme and project budgets, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
