Head of Client Services EMEA & US (Maternity Cover)

About the role

The Head of Client Services will lead the EMEA & US client services team on a maternity‑cover basis, ensuring seamless delivery of digital media projects and fostering strong client relationships. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on support across account management, new‑business transition and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee senior client relationships across EMEA & US, guaranteeing high‑quality service from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Drive growth by identifying upsell opportunities, supporting new‑business conversions and developing best‑practice processes.
• Collaborate with finance, delivery and operations leaders to monitor profitability, resource allocation and project performance.
• Lead, coach and protect the wellbeing of the Client Services team, managing performance, training budgets and talent development.
• Represent the client services function in weekly, monthly and internal management meetings, providing strategic input and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in client services or account management within a digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing client accounts and delivering profitable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to influence senior clients and internal partners.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions, champion AI adoption and drive process improvements.
