About the role
We are seeking a strategic, commercially‑driven Head of Client Services to own the end‑to‑end customer journey for a fast‑growing organisation in East Lancashire. This senior position will shape client experience, drive revenue growth and lead multiple customer‑facing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward‑thinking customer experience strategy.
- Lead multi‑functional client services and support teams, setting and monitoring KPIs.
- Drive revenue growth through improved client engagement, retention and account development.
- Oversee communication channels to ensure responsive, professional service delivery.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, improve performance and influence decision‑making.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally on business initiatives, product launches and service improvements.
- Embed a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a customer‑focused or commercial environment.
- Track record of delivering performance, growth and service improvements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Hands‑on, proactive leadership style with a talent for inspiring and developing teams.
