About the Role

Main Missions

• Drive and ensure the consistent application of Balfour Beatty and UKCS commercial processes within BBGE.
• Take full ownership of commercial performance and company budgets, maximizing the cost-revenue gap.
• Support contract winning activities and business development initiatives to fuel growth.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and support functions for accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage the 'Gate' process and implement rigorous governance protocols.
• Lead and develop a high-performance commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage risks and opportunities while implementing coaching and training programs to enhance commercial awareness across the business.
• Engage in site safety tours and participate in regular business updates to embody company values.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, preferably within the infrastructure or construction sector.
• Strong ability to manage complex budgets and drive financial performance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and coaching high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build senior-level internal and external relationships.
