Head of CRM and Analytics

About the role

Scripture Union Scotland is seeking an experienced Head of CRM and Analytics to lead the strategic development and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure the system supports ministry decision‑making, training, and strategic priorities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development and effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across SU Scotland.
• Ensure the CRM supports organisational strategy, reporting, communication, data quality and compliance.
• Translate organisational needs into practical CRM improvements, including dashboards, reports and business processes.
• Support colleagues and key user groups through training, guidance and user‑adoption activities.
• Work with external CRM, IT and technical suppliers to deliver system improvements, integrations and support.
• Maintain confidence in the accuracy, reliability and responsible use of organisational data.
• Provide insight and analysis to support decision‑making across fundraising, finance, volunteering, digital and wider functions.

Required profile

• Vibrant Christian faith and commitment to SU Scotland’s ethos and vision.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience managing suppliers and building relationships across an organisation.
• Willingness to uphold the Occupational Requirement of being a committed Christian.

What we offer

• Salary £43,442 – £47,119 per annum, dependent on experience.
