About the role
Staffscanner is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to drive qualified sales opportunities for its temporary staffing solutions. This senior, commercially‑focused marketing position will shape and execute strategies that feed the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise demand‑generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Manage CRM activities, customer re‑activation programmes and lead nurturing.
- Design and run events and reporting processes to track performance.
- Set strategic direction while remaining hands‑on in execution and results monitoring.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading demand‑generation, pipeline or growth‑focused marketing in a B2B environment.
- Senior‑level commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable lead‑generation outcomes.
- Background in staffing, care, healthcare or software is advantageous but not mandatory.
