Head of Digital

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Head of Digital to lead the end‑to‑end digital and marketing function for a fast‑growing UK oral‑care brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the overall strategy, own the budget, and drive measurable growth across both brand building and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall digital and marketing strategy aligned with company growth targets.
• Set quarterly and annual plans, manage budgets, and forecast channel performance.
• Lead and develop the internal marketing team and oversee agency and freelancer relationships.
• Oversee paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google and emerging platforms, optimizing ROAS and CAC.
• Develop and manage influencer, affiliate, and creator programmes.
• Direct social media activity on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and new platforms.
• Own email and SMS strategy, working with Klaviyo on automations, campaigns and segmentation.
• Lead go‑to‑market plans for new product launches and coordinate integrated campaigns.
• Produce regular reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking for the leadership team.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably within e‑commerce.
• Proven experience scaling consumer brands with strong analytical mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑channel performance marketing and agency partners.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management capabilities.
