Head of Digital

About the role

The Head of Digital will lead the digital function of a fast‑growing media agency, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team. This senior, hands‑on role offers full ownership of strategy, team building and commercial performance, with a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital strategy across all disciplines, translating it into actionable plans.
• Shape the team structure, culture and performance, making decisions on evolution of the function.
• Represent digital at leadership level, raising standards for tools, processes and ways of working.
• Convert client objectives into clear digital strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain senior client relationships, handling performance discussions and forecasts.
• Own forecasting, utilisation and profitability, ensuring margin visibility by account.
• Lead new‑business activity from pitch strategy through delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a digital or media environment.
• Track record of building high‑performing digital teams.
• Ability to influence board‑level conversations and drive commercial results.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting and profitability management.

• Competitive salary £60,000‑£70,000 OTE, dependent on experience.
