Head of eCommerce

About the role

Aven​ir Collective is seeking a commercially driven, strategic, and hands‑on Head of eCommerce to own and scale all owned digital commerce direct‑to‑consumer channels within the beauty and personal‑care space. You will be accountable for revenue, margin and customer growth across global DTC platforms while leading a small international team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end global eCommerce performance, including P&L, forecasting, budgeting and trading principles.
• Define and execute a comprehensive growth strategy covering acquisition, conversion, AOV and customer lifetime value.
• Lead CRO initiatives, testing site, product pages and checkout to improve conversion rates.
• Manage paid media, paid social, email and mobile channels to optimise ROI, CAC efficiency and LTV.
• Oversee the Shopify ecosystem and broader eCommerce tech stack, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing DTC eCommerce team and manage external agencies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience scaling revenue profitably through DTC eCommerce, preferably in beauty or personal‑care.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and P&L targets.
• Experience managing small, global high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical capability with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

• Data analysis, reporting and forecasting tools.

• Salary: £90,000‑£100,000 per year.
