Head of Finance – Interior Design

About the role

The company is an ultra‑high‑end interior design business operating in the UK and US. Following rapid growth, it is creating a senior finance function to support its expansion. Reporting directly to the founders, the Head of Finance will be the number‑one finance leader in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of group financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and lead a finance team capable of supporting growth across the UK and US.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts and provide insightful variance analysis.
• Serve on the operations board, influencing strategic decisions.
• Drive cost‑accounting efficiencies and develop pricing models for contracts.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a proven track record of improving finance processes.
• Experience of leading finance functions and growing teams, ideally as the primary finance leader.
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast‑moving, founder‑led environments.
