About the role
The Head of Finance will lead the finance function for a multi‑site organisation, shaping strategy, building capability and driving commercial impact. This permanent position offers progression, a competitive package and the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee management accounts, reporting and financial control.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.
- Develop, mentor and manage the finance team.
- Identify and implement process improvements and performance analysis.
Required profile
- Proven experience in finance leadership, reporting and team management.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or QBE.
