About the role
Saga Travel is creating a new Head of Financial Planning & Analysis role, bringing the financial operations of its travel brands into one connected operating model. The postholder will shape how financial insight supports commercial decision-making across a business with more than £500m turnover, working closely with the CFO and CEO. It is a permanent, hybrid position with 3-4 days per week in Folkestone.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end FP&A accountability, including the five-year plan, budgets, forecasts and KPI governance
- Produce Board and Executive reporting
- Turn complex financial data into clear, compelling insight that guides critical business decisions
- Manage 10 direct reports
- Strengthen financial performance, shape commercial strategy and support long-term value creation
Required profile
- Permanent position with a salary of £100,000 to £110,000 depending on experience
- Candidates who want to progress toward a c-suite role
