Head of FP&A – Finance Planning & Analysis Lead

About the role

Infinitesima is building the next generation of semiconductors and needs a strategic finance leader to shape its growth. As Head of FP&A you will partner directly with the CFO, own the financial planning function, and turn complex data into actionable insights that drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver monthly forecasts, linking risks to cash runway and business outcomes.
• Build and maintain driver‑based financial models covering headcount, revenue, supply chain and capital projects.
• Lead revenue forecasting with a pipeline‑backed view for the board.
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, deal structure and cash implications.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on project costs and capital planning.
• Provide visibility into supply‑chain commitments and cash‑flow impacts.
• Support international expansion and produce board‑quality financial materials.
• Translate management accounts into forward‑looking insight and KPI‑driven reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong FP&A experience.
• Proven ability to build and own financial models in complex environments.
• Experience partnering with non‑finance stakeholders such as engineers, scientists and commercial teams.
• Comfort operating autonomously, making judgement calls and owning outputs.
• Clear, concise communication of financial insights.
