Head of Fund Operations

About the role

bunch is building the backbone of private markets and is entering its next phase of international growth. We need an experienced operational leader to own the Capital Management domain and drive fund operations across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead managers and senior operational experts across multiple European markets.
• Own delivery of capital calls, distributions, treasury operations and investor support.
• Drive operational excellence in quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction and scalability.
• Coach fund operations professionals through complex legal and fund‑specific challenges.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate manual work and shape product direction.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Investor Onboarding, Fund Implementations and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Significant leadership experience in fund administration, private equity, venture capital or similar complex financial operations.
• Proven track record building high‑performing teams across multiple locations.
• Deep knowledge of capital calls, distributions, investor servicing and treasury processes.
• Ability to coach operators through complex fund structures and LP agreements.
• Systems mindset with a focus on automation, process design and scalable operating models.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing customer experience, operational quality and efficiency.
