Head of Global Labelling

About the role

CSL Seqirus is seeking a Head of Global Labelling to lead the worldwide labelling function for its influenza vaccine portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance, you will sit on the regulatory leadership team and chair the Global Labelling Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global team of labelling professionals, providing coaching and strategic direction.
• Own the end‑to‑end labelling review and approval process, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Set and execute global labelling strategy, balancing business needs with benefit‑risk communication.
• Support time‑critical annual strain updates for seasonal influenza vaccines.
• Represent Seqirus in external regulatory forums and provide expertise for audits.
• Collaborate with Global Safety, Clinical Development, Commercial and Supply Chain to deliver timely labelling deliverables.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Global Regulatory Affairs with a focus on product labelling.
• Proven leadership of multi‑country teams and talent development.
• Track record of owning and improving regulated end‑to‑end processes.
• Experience presenting company positions to governance bodies or external regulators.
• Familiarity with labelling‑related audits and compliance frameworks.
