Head of Growth

About the role

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high‑impact growth function for a well‑established consumer retail business undergoing a digital transformation. As Head of Growth you will own acquisition strategy, drive commercial performance and build a modern growth engine across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution across PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates and emerging digital acquisition channels.
• Develop integrated media plans aligned with commercial objectives, seasonal campaigns and customer behaviour.
• Drive short‑term revenue performance while delivering long‑term customer growth.
• Define and deliver SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies for traditional search and AI‑powered discovery.
• Build robust measurement frameworks, including attribution modelling, incrementality testing, forecasting and budget planning.
• Translate complex performance data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Foster a high‑velocity experimentation culture focused on scalable commercial impact.
• Manage and develop a team covering paid media and organic growth functions.
• Partner with brand, creative, merchandising, analytics and technology teams to drive business‑wide growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong in‑house growth, performance marketing or digital acquisition leadership experience.
• Background in retail, fashion or ecommerce.
• Deep expertise across SEO, GEO and PPC.

• Salary up to £110,000 per year plus up to 20% bonus.
