Head of Hospitality Sales

About the role

Indeed Flex is looking for a Head of Hospitality Sales to lead new‑business acquisition and revenue growth across the UK hospitality sector. Based in London, you will be the public face of the brand, leveraging your network to open doors with contract catering, premium venues, hotels, events and multi‑site operators.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand Indeed Flex’s hospitality network nationally, focusing on contract catering, premium venues, hotels, events and multi‑site operators.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade associations and networking opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders such as C‑suite, Operations Directors, HR leaders, procurement and venue managers.
• Identify, target and engage priority hospitality employers, developing strategic outbound plans.
• Lead discovery conversations, translate workforce challenges into commercial proposals, negotiate and close contracts.
• Maintain a high‑value pipeline, accurately forecast performance and manage revenue targets.

Required profile

• Commercially driven senior sales professional with a strong network in the UK hospitality sector.
• Deep understanding of how hospitality businesses hire, peak‑trading pressures and operational realities.
• Proven experience in strategic relationship‑building and disciplined new‑business acquisition.
• Based in London and able to work onsite five days a week with one remote day.
