Head of HR - Professional Services

About the role

A fast-paced, growing professional services organisation is looking for a Head of HR to lead its human resources function. The role covers the full HR lifecycle and leads a team of four people. It is a permanent position based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee development processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in London and beyond
• Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
• Manage compensation, benefits and payroll systems
• Advise senior leadership on HR matters and workforce planning
• Monitor and report HR metrics to support decision-making
• Lead and mentor the HR team

Required profile

• Proven HR leadership experience in the professional services sector
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field
