Head of Internal Enterprise Communications

About the role

The Head of Internal Enterprise Communications will shape GSK’s internal content strategy, create compelling communications and drive a leader‑led approach across the enterprise. Reporting to the VP of Internal Communications, you will lead a team of communications professionals and partner with senior business leaders to embed company priorities and inspire the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Global Enterprise Internal Communications team, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting development.
• Develop and deliver focused, creative content and editorial plans that embed company priorities and build confidence.
• Partner with business leaders to shift to leader‑led communications, simplifying messaging and supporting capability building.
• Participate in Strategic Portfolio Planning (SPP) to provide strategic input, enhance product‑centric communications, and shape plans.
• Ensure high editorial standards and engaging content across all enterprise channels, aligning with the company story.
• Manage content and news flow to reduce noise and focus on what matters.
• Champion the use of AI, insights and metrics to measure impact and improve communications.
