Head of Maintenance

About the role

Easthall Park Housing Association is seeking a Head of Maintenance to join the senior management team. You will lead the maintenance department, ensuring high performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of tenants’ homes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the in‑house trade team and manage external contractors.
• Deliver excellent maintenance performance across 694 properties.
• Plan and execute cyclical and major repair works to achieve best value for money.
• Implement strategic initiatives from the new Business Plan to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housing regulations.

Required profile

• Proven track record in delivering maintenance services and asset management.
• Strong customer‑service focus and ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Visionary leadership with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing both in‑house teams and external contractor suites.
