About the role

SERVED, a rapidly expanding ready‑to‑drink spirits brand backed by Heineken, is seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing. Reporting directly to the founders, you will shape and execute a full‑stack marketing strategy that drives category‑leading growth across the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and implement the end‑to‑end marketing plan aligned with company objectives.
• Manage the premium, aspirational positioning of the SERVED brand.
• Hold full P&L responsibility for the marketing budget.
• Design and launch creative campaigns across ATL, social, paid media and trade channels.
• Develop and run CRM programmes to meet KPI targets.
• Lead social media strategy on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with performance marketing on paid‑social execution.
• Plan and deliver brand activations, trade marketing plans and event presence.
• Forge strategic brand partnerships and premium experiences.
• Analyse campaign performance, report ROI and apply learnings to future initiatives.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth in FMCG or beverage brands.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage a marketing budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
