Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead the full marketing function for a fast‑growing PropTech SaaS business. Reporting directly to the commercial leadership team, you will own strategy, budget and team performance while driving brand strength and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated marketing strategy covering brand, demand generation and customer lifecycle.
• Define the digital roadmap across SEO, SEM, paid media, email, social and content, with a focus on ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Strengthen and differentiate the brand to reinforce market‑leading positioning.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Growth to embed marketing in go‑to‑market planning.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing marketing team, mentoring future leaders.
• Manage the marketing budget, set departmental OKRs and report results to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven B2B SaaS marketing leader who has owned both brand and demand generation in a scale‑up or growth‑stage environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with modern martech (CRM, automation, analytics) and strong analytical instincts.
• Track record of building integrated frameworks that connect brand, demand and lifecycle while proving ROI.
• Experience exploring AI and automation to improve performance and efficiency.
• Passion for building and coaching high‑performing marketing teams.
