Head of MGA Services

About the role

The Head of MGA Services will lead the MGA and broker services platform of an independent, authorised intermediary. Based in the City of London, you will join a fast‑growing team and work on‑site four days a week, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the MGA services strategy, aligning it with overall business growth.
• Oversee day‑to‑day MGA support functions, including delegated authority administration, premium and claims bordereaux processing, and policy administration.
• Manage the full lifecycle of MGA onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation of underwriting authority and reporting standards.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with MGAs, carriers, and internal teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing operations team.
• Identify opportunities to expand services across underwriting and delegated authority operations.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience in Binder Management or Bordereaux Operations.
• Strong background in delegated authority, MGA management, or related services.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and client experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
