Head of Office

About the role

Agreus Limited is seeking a Head of Office to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of its London‑based family office, supporting two founders across the UK, US and Caribbean. Reporting directly to the founders, the role combines financial oversight, team leadership and coordination of external advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the founders on strategy, budgeting and cash‑flow management, providing regular financial updates.
• Serve as primary liaison with banks, lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, fund administrators, trustees and investment managers.
• Monitor performance of passive and active investments and liaise with their management teams.
• Lead a team of 2‑3 accountants responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, treasury and payment administration.
• Handle company secretary duties, IT administration and the operational management of family residences in the UK, US, France and the Caribbean.

Required profile

• Proven experience working within or for a family office.
• Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA).
• Strong leadership, proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• High level of confidentiality, meticulousness and commercial awareness.
