Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership for a leading bathroom accessories brand. You will be responsible for driving site performance, cost efficiency, quality, safety and business growth while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory, fulfilment, inbound/outbound processes and multi‑channel distribution.
• Manage 3PL providers, transportation suppliers and carrier relationships, handling contract negotiations and service improvement initiatives.
• Develop and inspire high‑performing teams through coaching, succession planning and a customer‑focused, safety‑first culture.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, data‑driven decision‑making and continuous‑improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.
• Control operational budgets, lead supplier tenders and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations with full responsibility for site performance in distribution, logistics, retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong background in warehouse and logistics management, including 3PL and carrier oversight.
• Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, tenders and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, improve performance and engage stakeholders.
