Head of Partnerships

About the role

This board‑facing position leads the partnership function for a fast‑growing SaaS company in the HR and employment law space. You will own the strategy to expand the partner ecosystem, drive revenue and influence senior stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth across existing strategic partnerships and secure new national agreements.
• Engage and present at board and executive level to influence partnership direction.
• Negotiate and structure introducer and commercial agreements.
• Produce and present clear performance reports (weekly & monthly).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to activate partnerships.
• Lead tenders and proposals to win new commercial deals.
• Act as a brand ambassador within the partner ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven success in partnership development and revenue generation.
• Experience working with trade associations, federations or membership bodies.
• Strong commercial acumen with board‑level presentation skills.
• Confident negotiator capable of closing and nurturing agreements.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with reporting and performance metrics.
• Exposure to SaaS, HR, employment law or professional services is advantageous.
• Highly driven, results‑focused and relationship‑led.
