Head of People (Corporate Markets)

About the role

Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets is seeking a strategic Head of People to join its executive team. You will shape and execute a forward‑thinking people strategy that supports the fast‑moving, regulated markets business and drives organisational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Committee to design and deliver a people strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Excellence on organisation design, talent management, performance, agile working, automation and AI initiatives.
• Lead and oversee strategic change programmes, including operational improvements and cultural transformation.
• Represent HR at the leadership table, ensuring people considerations are embedded in all major decisions.

Required profile

• Senior HR leader with extensive hands‑on experience in capital‑markets or similar fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to operate in a regulated, high‑velocity business context.
• Strategic thinker with strong influence and change‑management capabilities.
• Ambitious, highly motivated and resilient.
