Head of Pricing Systems & Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced leader to drive the evolution of pricing capability across a large, complex organisation undergoing a major business and technology transformation. The role will shape the future pricing landscape, including the migration to a modern SAP BRIM‑enabled revenue management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Pricing Systems & Transformation roadmap.
• Lead the pricing workstream within a large ERP and SAP BRIM transformation programme.
• Act as senior business owner for pricing system capability and future‑state design.
• Translate commercial pricing strategy into scalable systems and processes.
• Define business requirements and oversee delivery through technology and implementation partners.
• Drive solution validation, testing, deployment, business readiness and user adoption.
• Ensure integration across SAP BRIM and wider enterprise systems.
• Lead a team responsible for pricing capability development and delivery.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to support revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Significant experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy or Pricing Transformation.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale business and systems transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of pricing processes, governance and commercial operations.
• Experience working with technology teams, system integrators and third‑party delivery partners.
