About the role

The Head of Programme will lead a high‑visibility client programme for a leading executive search and talent advisory firm. Reporting to the Managing Director for the UK & Europe, this senior position is based in London and will oversee a globally dispersed delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers across multiple regions, including Australia.
• Navigate market disruption by educating customers on new products and services.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth delivery despite the complex nature of the business.
• Secure a one‑year contract extension, targeting a new end date of December 2028.
• Drive contract renewal and demonstrate measurable value to the client.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading programmes or large projects in a professional services environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities across dispersed teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a dynamic, fast‑changing market.
