Head of Q Sales

About the role

Aston Martin is seeking a Head of Q Sales to lead its ultra‑exclusive Q & Special Sales division worldwide. This senior position sits at the heart of the brand’s most discerning client relationships, blending commercial acumen with a passion for bespoke automotive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own global performance, strategy and growth for the Q & Special Sales operation.
• Define pricing models, drive revenue, and shape dealer and client engagement strategies.
• Oversee low‑volume and one‑off programmes from concept through delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product Planning, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless execution.
• Present to executive leadership, support VVIP client interactions, and align global teams around a unified vision.

Required profile

• Proven track record of leading high‑performing sales teams and managing complex, luxury‑focused projects.
• Deep understanding of the luxury automotive market and high‑net‑worth client expectations.
• Strong commercial rigor combined with creativity and precision.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build credible cross‑functional relationships.
