Head of Reward (Global)

About the role

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Head of Reward to design and lead a global reward function across all geographies and business lines. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the CFO, you will shape the firm’s compensation strategy to support rapid growth and attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global reward strategy aligned with business performance and talent retention.
• Design and manage compensation frameworks, including salary structures, bonus schemes, incentive plans and equity programmes.
• Lead market benchmarking and maintain reward frameworks that reflect trends across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee the annual compensation and salary review process, partnering with Finance on budgeting, modelling and governance.
• Provide expert reward advice to People Business Partners, senior leaders and the Remuneration Committee.
• Support acquisitions and integration activities, ensuring reward practices remain competitive and compliant.

Required profile

• Proven experience in reward or compensation leadership, preferably in a private‑equity‑backed environment.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across finance, HR and business teams.
• Demonstrated track record of building and scaling reward functions in multinational organisations.
