Head of Sales – UK & International (Technical Products & Safety Systems)

About the role

This senior sales position leads growth for a well‑established manufacturer of technical products and safety systems across the UK and international markets. You will own the commercial strategy, build strong customer and partner relationships, and translate market opportunities into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve UK and international revenue targets.
• Lead, coach and expand a high‑performing sales team.
• Identify new market opportunities and nurture distributor, channel and partner networks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and report on sales performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international sales and market development, preferably in technical, engineered or safety‑related sectors.
• Track record of building and converting complex sales opportunities.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing successful sales teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence commercial strategy.
