Head of Salesforce & Business Systems

About the role

Mason Frank is recruiting a strategic leader to head the Salesforce and Business Systems function for an international B2B software and data intelligence company. Reporting to the VP of IT Operations, you will shape the technology ecosystem, drive AI‑enabled automation and ensure the platform portfolio supports commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term vision, roadmap and performance metrics for the Salesforce and Workday suite.
• Build a scalable governance framework that balances transformational projects with platform stability.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, developers and platform specialists, guiding structural changes and delivery models.
• Partner with senior directors in Finance, People, Revenue and Architecture to align technical capabilities with business goals.
• Identify, champion and implement emerging AI features to automate manual workflows and maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise systems or IT delivery in fast‑paced, complex organisations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governance, integration and deployment at scale.
• Exposure to Workday or large‑scale ERP/HR systems with a focus on seamless data flow.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a track record of coaching multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
