Head of Solutions Design

About the role

The Head of Solutions Design will lead the end‑to‑end design of corporate partnership propositions, acting as the bridge between sales, operations, technology, finance and legal. You will own the customer journey, technical integration and contractual frameworks for every new partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for personal‑lines products across partner platforms, ensuring compliance with Consumer Duty.
• Capture and define requirements for API integrations, white‑label portals and data‑sharing protocols.
• Validate operational viability of back‑office and claims teams to meet promised service levels.
• Map and optimise quote, sales and claims notification processes for seamless user experience.
• Develop innovative propositions and commercial schedules, contributing to P&L models and commission structures.
• Architect performance metrics and SLAs, and coordinate fair‑value assessments under FCA requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison between sales, legal and compliance to expedite contract execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced insurtech or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of partnership proposition architecture and commercial modelling.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
