Head of Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain function for a fast‑growing beauty and personal care business in London. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will shape strategy, drive operational excellence and support the company’s rapid expansion across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with business growth plans.
• Oversee forecasting, demand planning, inventory and supply planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, logistics providers and third‑party partners.
• Drive continuous improvement across all supply chain processes.
• Lead, develop and motivate a high‑performing supply chain team.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to maximise service levels and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Product Development on product launches and growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Head of Supply Chain or senior supply chain leader.
• Strong background in the FMCG sector; experience in beauty, cosmetics or personal care is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
