Head of Technical Programme Delivery (12-month Fixed-Term)

About the role

The Delivery team at Gousto drives complex business and technology change across the organisation. As Head of Technical Programme Delivery, you will lead the company’s most complex transformation programmes, maintain a portfolio‑level view of delivery activity, and raise delivery capability throughout the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of Gousto's largest and most complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Maintain a portfolio‑level view, ensuring priorities, dependencies, risks and progress are visible across the organisation.
• Lead technology transformation initiatives, including AI capabilities, supporting implementation, adoption and organisational change.
• Oversee the Tech Tribe Delivery team, building strong delivery capability and effective cross‑functional ways of working.
• Manage technology risk and incident management, identifying issues early and driving resolution.
• Deliver strategic commercial, investment and supply‑chain programmes that support business growth.
• Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Product, People, Legal, Finance and Operations to align priorities and deliver outcomes.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Delivery Managers, promoting high standards in delivery and change management.
• Strengthen delivery practices, governance and operating rhythms to improve organisational delivery capability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering AI‑focused initiatives and embedding organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop high‑performing delivery teams.
• Track record of improving delivery governance, risk management and operating rhythms.
