Head of Technology Risk – IT, EUC/Networks, GRC & Assurance

About the role

This senior position leads technology risk across IT, EUC and network environments, combining hands‑on execution with strategic oversight. The role is hybrid, requiring two days a week onsite in London.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership for technology risk, ensuring robust risk identification and mitigation.
• Engage senior stakeholders to communicate risk posture and influence decision‑making.
• Assess control weaknesses, produce risk reports and drive remediation activities.
• Maintain and evolve the risk taxonomy as it relates to IT systems.
• Oversee assurance activities and ensure compliance with GRC frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as Head of Technology Risk in a large, complex enterprise.
• Background in a technology‑focused business with strong GRC and operational risk knowledge.
• Ability to balance big‑picture thinking with detailed technical insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid model.
