Head of Training

About the role

The Head of Training will own the design and delivery of broker training across OneDome Group, ensuring brokers can effectively use the company’s bespoke CRM and related software. This hands‑on leadership position involves personal delivery of training, building repeatable onboarding programmes and driving faster broker productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver broker onboarding, from pre‑start preparation through induction, practical assessment and 90‑day support.
• Become the subject‑matter expert on OneDome’s CRM, teaching end‑to‑end broker journeys and assessing competency with realistic case exercises.
• Produce and maintain a central training resource library of videos, guides, checklists and assessments.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Operations to prepare training for new software releases and deliver refresher sessions.
• Report onboarding progress, proficiency metrics and training gaps to the VP of Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training for mortgage brokers or financial advisers.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and written communication skills, with ability to create clear guides and digital learning materials.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities across broker teams, operations and compliance.

Required skills

• Experience training users on CRM platforms or business software.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Ability to analyse adoption, quality and performance data to improve training outcomes.
