Head of Transfer Pricing

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Transfer Pricing to lead the global transfer pricing function for a fast‑growing fintech organisation based in the City of London. Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will ensure the company’s inter‑company arrangements are tax‑efficient, compliant and aligned with the overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop the global transfer pricing policy, guaranteeing tax optimisation and worldwide compliance.
• Monitor and interpret international transfer pricing regulations, including OECD BEPS updates and country‑specific rules.
• Drive tax effectiveness across all inter‑company flows and provide transfer pricing input for new product or market launches.
• Collaborate with local advisors in new jurisdictions to document and implement appropriate inter‑company arrangements.
• Advise senior stakeholders on commercially sound transfer pricing solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant or tax professional with deep expertise in transfer pricing (TP SME).
• Proven experience owning transfer pricing functions within fintech, technology or other globally‑distributed businesses.
• Track record of supporting country or product launches and making sound TP structuring decisions under uncertainty.
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS actions.
