About the role
La Maison Ani London is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waitress to join our exceptional front‑of‑house team. As part of Fundamental Hospitality, you will work within one of London’s leading luxury dining destinations, delivering outstanding guest experiences in a sophisticated and vibrant environment. Fundamental Hospitality, established in 2011, operates a portfolio of internationally acclaimed concepts and continues to expand across Europe and the UK.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a Head Waiter/Waitress role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of service flow and table management.
- Professional, organised, and calm under pressure.
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
