Health and Safety Manager

About the role

As the Health and Safety Manager for Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, you will lead the health‑and‑safety function across the Leavesden campus, ensuring a safe, compliant and proactive environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly review health‑and‑safety procedures to align with legislation, internal policies and industry standards.
• Develop and implement programmes for hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control, including oversight of supplier safety practices such as HACCP.
• Conduct walk‑arounds, inspections and audits to support safe operations of facilities, equipment and projects.
• Partner with operational teams to enable safe delivery of projects, shutdown periods and day‑to‑day activities, including duty‑management shifts for the visitor attraction.
• Coordinate incident management, investigations, trend analysis, reporting and risk assessments.
• Champion occupational health for the workforce, from general practices to individual assessments.
