Health and Safety Trainer and Consultant - Remote

About the role

Join Phoenix Health and Safety, part of Wilmington plc, as a remote Health and Safety Trainer and Consultant. You will deliver accredited training across England and provide expert consultancy to client organisations, helping them improve workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face and online health and safety training courses, both accredited and bespoke.
• Mark assessments, conduct NEBOSH Open Book Exam closing interviews, and produce timely reports.
• Assist in developing new training materials and participate in moderation and quality checks.
• Visit client sites to perform audits, risk assessments, inspections, and provide written advice on health and safety law.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience in health and safety training and consultancy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel across England as required.
• Ability to work independently while being supported by a dedicated team.

Required skills

• Experience delivering accredited health and safety training.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice.
