About the role
We are seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Assessor to join a North‑West based apprenticeship training provider. The role involves delivering and assessing Level 5 Health & Social Care apprenticeships, supporting learners and employers across the care sector.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess apprenticeship learning outcomes on a hybrid basis.
- Conduct face‑to‑face visits across Manchester, Merseyside and Cumbria as required.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to help them achieve their qualifications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Ofsted standards.
- Participate in regular team events and continuous professional development activities.
Required profile
- Residential care management experience.
- Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential).
- Experience in tutoring, coaching or assessing within the care sector.
- Strong commitment to learner success and collaborative working.
Required skills
- Ability to deliver and assess Level 5 Health & Social Care apprenticeship standards.
