About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Health and Social Care Teacher to join a well‑established secondary school in Greenwich, London, from September 2026. The position is part‑time and temporary, offering the chance to teach Level 1 and Level 2 courses across KS4 and KS5.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons in Health and Social Care for pupils up to Year 13.
- Plan, prepare and mark student work in line with the curriculum.
- Support learners of varying academic abilities and monitor their progress.
- Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities and trips.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent FE teaching qualification.
- Ability to teach Health & Social Care up to GCSE and A‑Level.
- Proven experience in lesson planning, assessment and student support.
- Inspiring, engaging and able to motivate students.
