Health and Work Coach – Graduate Position

About the role

This full‑time graduate role trains you to become a Health and Work Coach supporting people with musculoskeletal conditions. You will work within a government‑funded programme that combines health and employment support, helping participants stay in work or return after illness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments using the Dialog+ approach and co‑produce practical action plans.
• Provide ongoing one‑to‑one coaching, including CV writing, interview preparation and confidence building.
• Advocate with employers to resolve workplace challenges and broker job opportunities.
• Collaborate with NHS physiotherapists, clinical teams and gym providers to coordinate six months of free physiotherapy and gym access.
• Maintain accurate records and manage a heavy admin load, with one remote day per week for paperwork.

Required profile

• Degree in psychology, healthcare, sports science or a related field.
• Experience (paid or voluntary) supporting vulnerable or disadvantaged individuals.
• Genuine passion for helping people improve health and employment outcomes.
• Based in London and able to travel to Hillingdon/Uxbridge within 45 minutes.
