Health Care Assistant – Flexible Shifts

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our agency pool and support vulnerable adults in care homes across Grimsby and surrounding areas. The role is flexible – you can pick up as many or as few shifts as you like, making it ideal for those seeking part‑time or temporary work.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with washing, dressing and feeding.
• Operate hoists safely to move residents as required.
• Assist nursing staff with daily routines and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Record observations and report any changes in residents’ condition.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a UK health‑care or caring role.
• Reliability and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.
• Willingness to work on‑site in care or nursing home settings.
