Health & Group Risk Consultant

About the role

As a Health & Group Risk Consultant you will join the Employee Benefits Department of a leading UK actuarial and consultancy firm. You will provide specialist health and risk benefit advice to corporate clients, helping them manage employee benefit programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver health and risk benefit expertise to corporate clients in line with company procedures.
• Support the smooth operation of the Health & Risk Benefits team and contribute to departmental objectives.
• Develop and execute a business‑development strategy to grow the health & risk portfolio, including promoting existing services and securing new lines of business.
• Generate referrals and new corporate client opportunities.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with each client, understanding their needs and objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health, group risk, or employee benefits consulting.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to develop long‑term relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
